What we ask

Honest feedback from the ground

  • A short feedback survey at two weeks — what helped, what's missing, what you'd pay
  • One honest public review quote we can share (only with your permission — you check a box)
  • Optional: a "ground report" on a county you know firsthand — the stuff no website captures
  • That's it. If the map isn't useful, we want to hear that most of all.
Scouts don't count against the Founders 100. You're separate — you keep the map free for life. The Founders extras (PermitReady, priority county compiling) aren't included, but you get that standing half-price upgrade if you ever want them.

How it works

Two waves of 25.

We're taking scouts in two rounds. Wave 1 gets in first, uses the map through a real search, and tells us what's broken or missing. We fix it. Wave 2 gets the better version and tells us whether we actually fixed it. Both waves keep full access for life.

We pick for a spread — different counties, different states, different stages of the journey — because a map that only works for one kind of buyer isn't the map we're trying to build. Applying honestly (including "I probably wouldn't pay for this") helps your odds, not hurts them. We'd rather have a scout who'll tell us the hard truth.

Being early should feel like a perk, never a bait-and-switch. Scouts are the people who got in before it cost anything — and stayed free because they helped build it.

By sending it, you give us permission — permanently, and including if this company is ever sold or partners with someone else — to store it, check it, edit it, and fold it into the research and the map. Facts about a county become part of the research and stay part of it. We won't publish your name, email, or anything that identifies you unless you tick the review box above, and you can withdraw that at any time by emailing us. Please only send what's yours to send. Being a Scout isn't a job and isn't paid — what you get is the full map, free, for life.
